Consultation

Our consultations are designed to provide clarity and confidence before beginning your training journey with Heart & Hound. During this 30-60 minute session, we'll assess your dog's behavior and temperament, discuss your concerns and goals, and learn more about your household and lifestyle. You'll also receive immediate training tips and management strategies to begin implementing right away.
A consultation is recommended but not required before booking private training packages. However, it is required for all Retreat Program applicants to ensure we create the most effective and appropriate training plan for your dog.

Private Sessions
Private Sessions are tailored to your dog, your goals, and your day-to-day life. Each session focuses on what matters most to you and your dog. Clear guidance, practical steps, and thoughtful support help create lasting, meaningful change.
Single-Session Rate: $100/session
- ideal for maintenance after package completion OR addressing minor behavioral or lifestyle concerns
The Foundations Package (5 sessions) : $475
- a personalized starting point focused on building engagement, communication, clarity, trust, and practical everyday skills for both dog and owner
The Signature Package (10 sessions) : $900
- a deeper, more comprehensive training experience designed to strengthen reliability, confidence, and real-world success
The Transformation Package (15 sessions): $1,275
- an immersive training journey focused on lasting change, deeper connection, and the freedom that comes from consistent understanding and trust
Heart & Hound Training Retreat
Heart & Hound Retreat
Our most immersive and transformative training experience designed to support dogs through meaningful growth, behavioral clarity, and emotional balance in a calm, structured, and compassionate environment. Your dog will live in Lindsey's home as part of her daily life and is cared for as one of her own, with individualized enrichment, fulfillment, and care thoughtfully customized to their unique needs. Each retreat is tailored to the individual dog and the owner's lifestyle + goals - with enrollment intentionally limited to ensure every retreat guest receives the time, attention, and quality care they need to truly improve.
All Heart & Hound Retreats are designed to create a smoother, more supported transition into life at home (NOT to replace the work that continues there.) Lasting behavior change always requires consistency and dedication from the human side, and we provide the structure and guidance to make that transition as successful as possible.
All Retreats include all basic training tools as necessary, regular updates throughout your dog's stay, detailed educational training plans, fulfillment and enrichment resources, video demonstrations, and structured follow-up sessions after your dog returns home (one session per week of boarding) to support owner application and adjustment.

Structured Daycamp
A professionally structured day training experience offering enrichment, guided social interaction, and trainer-led skill development through a balance of training-focused sessions and real-world adventure outings.
Prerequisite: Private Session Package Completion OR Heart & Hound Retreat.

Need a Ride? Limited Dog Taxi Spots available: Routes and fees are provided upon inquiry.
Structured Boarding
A home-away-from-home experience exclusively for established clients. Dogs enjoy a structured routine, enrichment, exercise, and plenty of rest and affection. Parents enjoy peace of mind knowing their dog is being cared for like family.

Professional guidance on introducing and integrating e-collar communication for enhanced clarity and off-leash reliability.

Heart & Hound proudly uses ET-300 Mini Educator E-collars for this training add-on.
Additional private sessions may be required based on dog's progress and the owner's handling skills.
This Add-On includes an in-depth discussion on e-collar use and proper conditioning process, including its potential benefits, limitations, and whether it aligns with your dog's individual needs and your lifestyle goals. While never required to book services, e-collar training is highly recommended for owners seeking an additional layer of communication at a distance and increased freedom, reliability, and safety for their dogs.
